Her unique laces deserve admiration, particularly her lace jewelry, like, necklaces, brooches and earrings. Her contemporary, modern lace exhibits a new approach to lace making with original and unique appearance, patterns and materials. Her laces belong among  the best lace items in the world.

Jana Stefkova laces were exhibited at many important exhibitions, among others, in Czech Republic (Prague, Hradec Kralove, Straznice), in Italy (Fagagna) and in Finland (Rauma). The most prestigious presentation of her work was realized at the World Exhibition in Hannover, Germany. Among many awards she was awarded the prestigious Grand Prix award by the World Congress of OIDFA in Prague in the year 2004.

Lately, she was awarded "Golden Bobbin" award at The 5-th Biennale of Czech Lace.
